If you do not receive Push Notification, please try the followings.
[iOS] mobile device home screen> setting> notification> REVINYL
[Android] mobile device home screen> application manager> REVINYL
*The setting procedures depend on a device.
*There may be a delay in Push Notification, depending on the communication environment.
If the procedures above don’t solve the problem, go to “”Side Menu> setting> notification setting,”” then see if appropriate setting is selected.
Please note that no Push Notification arrives while the REVINYL application is open.
