1. Is there the item or a deliver notice in your mailbox?
2. If you can access to tracking service, please confirm the tracking number to the seller and contact the delivery company.
3. If the delivery of the item is completed on the tracking number, please contact the delivery company to investigate based on information from the seller.
4. If the item is shipped by the postal service (standard size or non standard size), request for investigation is possible from the post office HP. Ask the seller to investigate from the HP.
When you use sea mail for overseas shipment, delivery takes time. In addition, you may not be able to track items. We recommend a delivery method with tracking service.
